My granddaughter Daisy is nearly 14 months old and is now beginning to toddle around the furniture, on her way to that bold moment of stepping out on her own.
It’s getting cold and I decided to make her some warm oversocks for autumn and selected the ‘Big Ears’ socks from “Cute Knits For Baby Feet” by Sue Whiting. Just finished them in time for their visit last weekend.
I adapted the pattern a little bit and made the leg section of the socks a bit longer than the pattern suggested so that this pair will fit over the top of her socks and leggings.
